The trustees are required to hold an annual general meeting. The governing body meets a minimum of three times a year (usually termly) to receive a report from the headteacher, to accept minutes from the governors' committees and to make determinations in relation to any recommendations coming from those committees or proposals made at full governors itself. Additional meetings may be convened to discuss/make determinations on particular issues as necessary.

Governors are linked to aspects of whole school provision (e.g. SEN, child protection) and to curriculum areas. Governor links are determined each autumn term.  All Governors have an enhanced DBS.
